This Fulfillment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy outlines the terms governing the purchase, delivery, cancellation, transfer, and refund of programs, classes, and coaching services offered by Climacteric Wellness.

By purchasing or registering for any service, program, class, or session offered by Climacteric Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.


1. Program Fulfillment

Climacteric Wellness provides educational coaching services delivered through live sessions, online classes, and/or recorded educational materials.

Program delivery may include:

Live coaching sessions

Educational classes or workshops

Access to recorded sessions

Access to the Climacteric Wellness client portal

Program resources or educational materials

Access to sessions, recordings, or the client portal constitutes fulfillment of the purchased service.

Climacteric Wellness fulfills services once the participant has been provided access to the scheduled session, program materials, or portal content.


2. Digital Delivery Acknowledgment

By purchasing any program, class, or service from Climacteric Wellness, you acknowledge that access to program materials, session links, recordings, or the client portal constitutes delivery of the purchased service.

Once access has been provided, the service is considered delivered regardless of whether the participant chooses to attend the session or access the materials.


3. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted no later than five (5) full business days prior to the scheduled start of the session or program.

Approved refunds will be issued minus a $25 administration fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Refund requests received less than five (5) full business days before the session or program start date are not eligible for a refund.

Once a session or program has begun, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing times for approved refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.


4. Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their registration for a session or program only if the request is received at least five (5) full business days prior to the scheduled start date.

Cancellation requests received within this timeframe will be processed according to the refund policy outlined above.

Cancellation requests submitted less than five (5) full business days before the session or program begins cannot be processed.


5. Transfer Policy

Registrations may be transferred to another available session if the request is received at least five (5) full business days prior to the scheduled start date.

Transfers are subject to availability.

Transfer requests submitted less than five (5) full business days before the session begins cannot be processed.

Climacteric Wellness does not guarantee availability of alternate sessions.


6. No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend the scheduled session they registered for will be considered no-shows.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfers.

Participants who miss their scheduled session will retain access to the recorded version of the session they registered for, when a recording is available.

Failure to attend a scheduled session does not constitute grounds for a refund.


7. Participant Responsibility

Climacteric Wellness programs provide educational guidance and coaching designed to support participants in implementing lifestyle and nutrition changes.

Results depend on each participant’s engagement, implementation, and individual circumstances.

Failure to attend sessions, review materials, implement guidance, or engage with program content does not qualify for refunds, credits, or transfers.


8. Payments and Payment Processing

Payments for Climacteric Wellness services are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.

Climacteric Wellness does not store credit card or payment information.

All payments must be completed at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method provided.


9. Chargeback Policy

By purchasing any product or service from Climacteric Wellness, you agree to contact Climacteric Wellness to seek resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting Climacteric Wellness to attempt resolution, we reserve the right to provide supporting documentation to the payment processor, including:

proof of purchase

records of communications

program access logs

session registration records

evidence of digital delivery
